Police chase ends in crash

SUMMARY: In the early morning hours, a police chase occurred involving a suspected stolen vehicle. Capital Police officers attempted to stop the vehicle near Fortification Street, but the driver led them on a chase that ended when the car crashed into a house on Ethel Moore Street. Thankfully, no injuries were reported. The driver, a juvenile, fled the scene while two juvenile passengers were arrested. The driver may face charges from the Capitol Police, but the case has been transferred to Richland Police for further investigation into the incidents leading up to the chase. The driver will also face multiple charges.
