Mississippi reports 14 human cases of West Nile Virus

Man wanted in South Carolina is arrested in Columbus
SUMMARY: Josfat Salomon Martinez, also known as Miguel Sierra, was arrested in Lowndes County, Mississippi, after being tracked from South Carolina, where he was wanted for Exploitation of a Minor. He had four outstanding warrants for the crime. On October 31, detectives found two cell phones in his possession containing explicit images and videos of children being sexually abused. Martinez admitted the phones were his and was charged with two counts of Child Exploitation, with a bond set at $250,000. The investigation is ongoing, and further charges may be forthcoming, according to Sheriff Eddie Hawkins.
