Women make up ten percent of today’s police force, and these women are proud to be a part of that number. Phalba Holmes, who has worked as an officer for a little over a year, never thought that this would be her initial plan.

National Police Woman Day is observed annually to recognize dynamic women across the nation for their dedication to protect and serve.
