Biloxi police arrest two for fatal weekend shooting
SUMMARY: Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Biloxi, Mississippi. The shooting occurred on August 26, resulting in the death of 20-year-old Damari Daniels and the injury of another victim who was taken to an out-of-state hospital for treatment. The suspects have been identified as 19-year-old Rashod Omrion Jarome Harris and 17-year-old Harry Lavern Hillard. They were apprehended after a traffic stop on Interstate 10 led by Jackson County deputies and the U.S. Marshalls Gulf Coast Regional Task Force. Both suspects have been charged with capital murder and aggravated assault. Investigators are still determining if others were involved.
