SUMMARY: A Hattiesburg man, Tobias Smith, was arrested for allegedly making a bomb threat against Georgia Pacific Plywood in Smith County, Mississippi. The threat, received via text on July 5, led to the evacuation of employees. Smith, 27, was apprehended at the scene and charged with one count of terroristic threats. Before employees returned, bomb dogs searched the site for explosives. Smith is currently held at the Smith County Jail, awaiting a bond hearing.
