SUMMARY: The weather in Columbus, Mississippi has been fairly mild this week but is expected to get much hotter next week. Friday night will have clear skies and temperatures in the lower 70s. Saturday will be hot, with temperatures in the middle 90s and a slight chance of clouds. Sunday will have similar conditions, with temperatures staying in the middle 90s. Next week will be extremely hot, with temperatures reaching the upper 90s and possibly triple digits. There will be lots of sun and light cloud coverage, with low temperatures in the middle to upper 70s.

MSU welcomes its new self-driving shuttle service
