Diamondhead flood insurance premiums lower starting in April
SUMMARY: Residents of Diamond Head will benefit from a 10% discount on flood insurance premiums starting April 1, following the city achieving a class 8 rating in the National Flood Insurance Program’s Community Rating System. This rating reflects the city’s dedication to flood mitigation and community safety. The reduction in premiums comes at a necessary time, given the rising costs of living.
