Man wanted in South Carolina is arrested in Columbus
SUMMARY: Josfat Salomon Martinez, also known as Miguel Sierra, was arrested in Lowndes County, Mississippi, after being tracked from South Carolina, where he was wanted for Exploitation of a Minor.
