Taking a look at the path, intensity of Moss Point’s tornado
SUMMARY: Meteorologist Wesley Williams is reporting from the location where a tornado struck 44 days ago in Moss Point. The tornado traveled from the northwest to the southeast, tearing a path of over two miles. It was one of the widest tornadoes, spanning three football fields or 300 yards. Unfortunately, there were some hospitalizations immediately following the incident. The tornado is classified as a strong F2 tornado on the Enhanced Fujita Scale, which ranges from EF0 to EF5.
