Crawford couple faces charges after argument allegedly turns physical
SUMMARY: A couple in Crawford, Mississippi, Pamela Hayden and Arthur Gillespie, got into an argument that escalated into them cutting each other. Both have been charged with domestic aggravated assault. Deputies were called to Roberts Road and found Hayden, who had a cut on her hand but did not need medical treatment. MUW hosts quarterly town and tower luncheon

Four women cycle to Natchez Trace for organ donor awareness
SUMMARY: In 2019, Anna Cannington became a living organ donor after learning about someone in need of a kidney. She has since thrived, engaging in weight lifting and cycling. Alongside three other female kidney donors, she embarked on a bike ride titled “4women 4 kidneys 444 miles 4 days,” raising awareness for living organ donation. On September 25, they met Jason Keeton, who is on an eight-year kidney transplant waiting list. He expressed hope that meeting living donors would encourage others to donate. The ride concluded on September 27, but efforts to promote awareness continue on social media.

LifeCare ambulances will carry blood for patients in rural counties
