47-year-old man arrested for dozens of graffiti tags in South Mississippi

SUMMARY: The Gulfport police have arrested 47-year-old Jason Fred Kelich in connection with a series of graffiti incidents on buildings in Gulfport and nearby areas. Investigators counted more than 70 of the tags in Gulfport alone, and dozens of others have been spotted in Biloxi and along I-10.
