4 suspects charged for 18-year-old's murder near AAC

SUMMARY: Four individuals are charged with the murder of 18-year-old Jake Renosa, who was shot near the American Airlines Center earlier this month. Among the latest arrests are 18-year-old Isaiah Simmons and 19-year-old Christopher Gaines, both charged with capital murder for attempting to rob Renosa in Dallas’s Victory Park. The incident occurred on July 14, with Simmons allegedly shooting Renosa in the back while he fled the scene. Two teenage girls involved were arrested prior and face similar charges, but will be tried as juveniles. The police continue to search for additional suspects in the case.
