3,600 Entergy Mississippi customers without power after Sunday storms
SUMMARY: Entergy Mississippi is working to restore power to customers affected by severe storms on June 25. Damage assessment crews have found over 12 miles of downed wire and 47 damaged poles. Currently, fewer than 3,600 customers are without power, down from 25,000 on Sunday night. Most customers are expected to have power restored by Tuesday night, but some in Hinds, Rankin, and Simpson counties may have to wait until Wednesday afternoon.
