2nd suspect arrested after abducted child found dead in Mississippi
SUMMARY: Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade announced the arrest of Victoria Cox, the second suspect in the abduction and death of a four-year-old Mississippi girl. Columbus Air Force Base brings assistance to other facilities
