22-year-old shot in Brooksville, no arrest made
SUMMARY: A man is on the run after a shooting in Brooksville left a 22-year-old in the hospital. There are bomb threats in Jackson, an Alabama man is released after spending several years in prison, and a deputy was killed in the line of duty. A middle schooler was killed in a school shooting and others were injured. News anchor Emily Leonard discusses the shooting in Brooksville, where the victim was airlifted to a hospital. Police Chief Joseph Burfield says they have a suspect in mind and expect to make an arrest soon. Residents are fearful and concerned about the increase in gun violence in their community. Police are investigating the situation as the town fears for their safety.
