The event, reported on May 27, involved a woman claiming she was carjacked at a Save-A-Lot parking lot. Following the report, Madison police found the alleged victim in the stolen vehicle, which contained evidence of bank deposits from her workplace, Dairy Queen. Investigators discovered the theft involved a few thousand dollars. The investigation is ongoing, and Russell is currently under detention.

MUW partners with hospital for new nursing program

This program allows Registered Nursing students to work alongside professionals, becoming student nurse residents. Associate nursing students at MUW will earn clinical credit while receiving training under the mentorship of a clinical coach. Two students from the existing nurse extern program will be selected for this new opportunity, enhancing their practical experience and preparing them for future nursing roles.
