120 campers participating in ‘Kids AT’ at Camp Shelby
SUMMARY: This week, dozens of children are participating in a special summer camp at Camp Shelby, exclusive to the children of National Guard soldiers and Airmen. The camp, known as Kids AT Annual Training, offers a unique blend of traditional camp activities like swimming and arts and crafts, along with military experiences such as riding in tanks and using weapon simulators. The initiative, now in its 32nd year, helps kids develop an appreciation for their parents' military roles. Campers, ages 9 to 12, gain hands-on experience with military vehicles and weapons under the guidance of Mississippi's 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team. Graduation is on Saturday.

JSU hosts Mandela Washington Fellowship

VIDEO: K9 helps captures rape suspect in Calhoun County

JPS holds 2024 Summer Commencement ceremony
