SUMMARY: The Gibbs Eagles have had an exceptional start this season, achieving an 8-0 record for the first time in program history. In their latest game against Morristown East, who is currently on a five-game losing streak, Gibbs showcased their skills. Quarterback Warren Axon led the team effectively, both by running the ball and executing a deep pass to Warren Beach, culminating in a touchdown (though it drew an excessive celebration penalty). Although Morristown East managed a single touchdown, Gibbs dominated the game, winning 38-7 and marking their best streak since the late 1980s.

Gibbs won 38-7 against the Hurricanes Friday night.
