The initiative aims to expand its reach by creating a community toolkit for adaptations across Kentucky.

SUMMARY: Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal crash in Adair County involving Joel Hammack, 46, who allegedly drove at high speed and rear-ended an SUV driven by Townya Ritzie, 62. The crash resulted in the death of a juvenile passenger in Ritzie’s vehicle, while several others sustained serious and minor injuries.
