Women accused of vandalizing park in Oxford avoid trial or community service
SUMMARY: Two women who vandalized a new pocket park in Oxford did not go to trial and were not given community service. Instead, they were placed in a pre-trial Intervention Program, where they must stay out of trouble for a year and keep a clean criminal record.
