Tupelo Fire Department receives donation to help beat the heat

With the added summer heat, community members have stepped in to the by donating Power Aid and popsicles for each of the seven stations. Fire Chief Brad Robinson highlights the challenges firefighters face, noting that while their uniforms protect from fires, they are not breathable, making cooling down difficult. This annual donation, which aids in their recovery, may occur a second time this year due to unusually high temperatures, reflecting strong community support for the firefighters’ hard work.

The Tupelo Fire Department received a much-welcomed donation to beat the heat.
