SUMMARY: Narcotics were discovered at the home of Byhalia Alderwoman Delainer Richmond early Wednesday morning in Byhalia, Mississippi. Responding to an alarm call at around 3 a.m. on Katie Lane, police found the back door open and a shed full of growing narcotics. Richmond, present on the property, declined to comment.
