Gluckstadt police chief on deadly DUI crash
SUMMARY: An update on the wrong-way crash that took the life of a beloved school teacher, Tyra Small Jackson: Chief Barry Hail told 12 News that officers arrived at the scene last Saturday and collected a blood sample from the wrong-way driver, Jordan Leah Sullivan, which is now being processed by the Mississippi crime lab.
