CPD makes Aggravated Domestic Violence arrest
SUMMARY: On April 27th, Columbus Police responded to a gunshot victim in the 800 block of North Lehmberg. Courtney Stewart Wiggly was arrested for shooting her husband, Daryl Wiggly, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was flown to Jackson for treatment. Courtney is in custody at Lowndes County Adult Detention Center awaiting her Initial Appearance. The incident is being investigated as aggravated domestic violence. Three found dead inside Ridgeland home
SUMMARY: Ridgeland police are investigating a triple homicide that occurred on May 12. The victims, ages 42, 56, and 76, were found dead in the living room of a home on Old Canton Road with gunshot wounds. The police received a call about the incident around 3:30 p.m. No arrests have been made, but the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is assisting in the investigation.
