Grenada man accused of exposing himself twice in Tupelo
SUMMARY: A man, Octavius Brown, accused of indecent exposure at a park in Tupelo has now been charged with the same crime at a public library. Police claim he approached a woman in her car at Veteran Park and exposed himself, also attempting to enter her car. He is also accused of exposing himself to someone inside the Lee County Library.
