Bond set for woman accused of killing Canton teacher in DUI crash
SUMMARY: Jordan Leah Sullivan of Louisville is accused of causing a fatal DUI crash on Interstate 55 in Gluckstadt, Mississippi, leading to the death of Tyra Small-Jackson, a teacher at Nichols Middle School. Sullivan, who had a prior DUI arrest, was given a $250,000 bond and charged with aggravated DUI. The crash occurred on June 22 when Sullivan's vehicle, traveling south in the northbound lanes, struck Small-Jackson's vehicle head-on. Small-Jackson was extricated from her vehicle and died from her injuries. She was the 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year at her school.

Family of missing Carthage man demands answers
